At Stella Maris Convent School, Civil Lines, Sultanpur, a  vibrant Independence Day celebration was organized today.

The chief guest of the program, the school’s Economics Lecturer, Mrs. Preeti Srivastava, hoisted the national flag.

The highlights of the event included patriotic songs, plays, dances, a march-past, drills, and other performances.

Addressing the gathering, the chief guest remarked that only when we possess a spirit of patriotism can we develop the determination to contribute to the nation and build a better future in service to our country.

On this occasion, the school Principal, Sister Maria Nancy, also addressed the students and encouraged them to keep moving forward at every step in life.
